*Appointments open up every Monday at 08:00 am. for the following week and are made through this site ONLY!

*We take walk-ins but you must call first to make sure that we have available spots

We offer services for Alopecia clients also.
 

* A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm appointment and will go toward total after service is rendered. Balance is to be paid with cash, Cash app, Debit Card, Credit card or Paypal

* Rescheduled appointments must be done within 24 hours of original appointment time. This is done ONLINE and by CALL.
 

* In the event you are not satisfied with your style, please let me know before you leave. After you have left, changes can no longer be made

* Any appointment booked at or after 05:00 pm, OR booked before 05:00 pm ending after 06:00 pm - will be an additional $30. Payment is due before services are rendered. (Additional fee not reflected in confirmation email)

* 30 min grace period is allowed for all clients, if exceeded, appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited

​

* We braid for ALL ages

* Let us know in advance if you are bringing company or children

* Unfortunately, due to unforeseen factors throughout the work day, sometimes there will be a wait time. Please bare with me as I try my hardest to get all clients serviced within their appointment time slot. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have a particular style that is not highlighted on our website please give us a call and send a picture of that style via text.
 

*We provide services for everyone including people with disability but please let us know in advance so that proper accommodations can be made.

* By booking with kiki, you are agreeing to all terms. Disputing any charges will result in further legal action

                                                                        **Hair preparation**

​

*Hair must be 5 inches all over, For a lesser length you must come in and show us the length of your hair or send a picture via text.

​

*Hair must be freshly washed (with no added product) and completely blown out from root to ends. If you are natural and you understand that your hair curls back up, you may need to flat iron it. Relaxer is not recommended, silk press not preferred. I need to be able to comb through hair with a fine tooth comb. $25 fee for blow-dry (if able to accommodate)

* All Hair is PROVIDED but there is a $10 fee if you chose more than one color. In some cases hair will not be included in the overall fee.

If you are providing you own hair make sure it is expression pre-pulled
