New customer/ Transfer client, Congrats on willing to get a consultation before getting the service. Let's assess your scalp health, your hair density, texture and overall suitability to ensure the correct method and size for long term results. Online consult: Monday through Saturday In person consult: Thursday through Saturday Please come with clean, detangled hair. All consultation payments are non refundable and are billed separately and are not applied toward service fees. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations will not be refunded or credited.
